Rental Charges

There is a one off fee of £150 per booking to clean the house and wash all bedding at the end of your stay. Also, a £300 damage deposit will be taken which will be returned 7 days after your departure.

High Season 1st. April  to 30th. September

Entire Villa, £160 per Night.

Minimum 7 nights

Examples

7 nights the charge would be £1,120 + £150 =  £1,270

£45 per person per night for 4 people sharing

£23 per person per night for 8 people sharing

Mid Season 1st. October – 31st. December

Entire Villa, £140 per Night.

Minimum 7 nights

Examples

7 nights the charge would be £980 + £150 =  £1,130

£40 per person per night for 4 people sharing

£20 per person per night for 8 people sharing

Low Season 1st. January – 31st. March

Entire Villa, £120 per Night.

Minimum 3 nights

Examples

7 nights the charge would be £840 + £150 =  £990

£35 per person per night for 4 people sharing

£18 per person per night for 8 people sharing

Payment Terms

50% at the time of the booking

50% 30 days before the booking

Cancellations

100% refund for cancellations made 30 days or more before the booking

50% refund for cancellations made 14 days or more before the booking.

Cancellations must be made by 12:00pm GMT on the appropriate day.
